If something has gone wrong with a booking, this page explains exactly how we handle complaints and what you can expect from us.
1. Raising a Dispute
If you are unhappy with a completed service, a partner’s conduct, or a charge on your booking, you can raise a dispute with our support team through the Contact page.
Please include your booking number, what happened, and any evidence (photos, chat references, or dates) that helps us understand the issue.
2. How We Handle Disputes
- Acknowledgement: we confirm receipt of your complaint, normally within 24 hours.
- Review: we examine the booking record, partner history, and communications from both sides.
- Outcome: you receive our decision with reasons, normally within 7 calendar days of the complaint.
- Resolution: where the complaint is upheld, we may offer a partial or full refund, re-service, account credit, or other remedy as appropriate.
3. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for an escalation to our support leadership, and we will re-review the case with fresh eyes. Our final response will be provided in writing.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
For issues with a payment itself, contact your bank or card issuer to raise a chargeback, and tell us as well so we can cooperate with the investigation. Raising a chargeback does not remove your right to our internal dispute process, and using both in parallel may slow resolution.
5. Partner-Side Disputes
Service partners may raise disputes about payments, cancellations, or customer conduct through their partner dashboard. The same review process applies, and both parties’ accounts are considered before a decision is made.
6. Governing Law
This Dispute Resolution process applies alongside our Terms of Service. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction clauses of those Terms (courts in India).
7. Contact
To open or follow up on a dispute, use the Contact page and quote your booking number. We treat every complaint seriously and aim for a fair outcome for both customers and partners.
